Mission Statement

        The integration of disciplines such as quantum physics, psychoneuroenergetics, bioelectrography, and linguistic wave epigenetics in the research conducted by Dr. Octavio Pino demonstrates a multi-faceted approach to understanding the intricate relationship between consciousness, energy fields, and human genetics.

How to join the QPNE Foundation Program?

        The only requirement to join the QPNE Foundation is to express an interest in learning about empowerment and liberation throught the processes and practices of the QPNE Meditations.

        Adherence to the foundation philosophy practices and weltenschau is expected from Members

There are three categories of students:

- Student:
Defined as students introduced under preliminary practices of QPNE. In the recourse of learning and integrating the meditations

- Student Teacher:
Defined as students who are in coherence with the QPNE practices and their integration. 

- Student Mentor:
Defined as students who are in the process of mastering the QPNE practices which can also share and introduce the meditations to other individuals who express their interest

There are two levels of involvement based on interest:

- Foundation Member (contributions in kind)
- Foundation Associate (monetary contributions)

The inner circle is comprised of Foundation Associates who have voting rights on the runnings of the foundation.

Outer circles consists of members from all cultural and linguistic backgrounds from all over the planet.

The strict structure of non-discrimination is adhered to by the foundation concept fully. 

The foundation accepts anyone who is interested in empowerment and liberation.

The foundation carries no financial obligation whatsoever.

Contributions are welcome:
- Monetary: Through Donations
- Non-Monetary: Commitments and Participations
