Breathing is connected to thoughts; Thoughts are energy. Energy can be converted into matter because light is both subatomic particles of photons and wave energy frequencies.

Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; Matter can.

The creation comes when you observe, concentrate and focus. Practicing creation can be done through the mantras.

Creation always starts in the higher dimensions of quantum physics from the fifth to the 11th already postulated with the mathematical formulae.

Fear and and anger is an impediment to the creation and the healing process. In fact it stops and reverses the process presenting in the dimensions of matter as Somatization.

Fear brings the nocebo effect instead of the placebo effect. The placebo effect allows a creative process of the good to be initiated internally whereas the nocebo effect is an impediment to the creative process of the good
